RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-9952184728 which remains open 10 AM-6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Returns Policy Conditions
- If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store address (given below) within 5 days from the date of receipt of your product ,with the original invoice.
- Return postage costs & exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by
- Once we receive the item(s) returned, we shall initiate the exchange at our end. If an exchange is not possible, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No refunds will be made.
- In case that the item(s) is damage or a different product (style code / size / colour ) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.
- No refund will be done for stitched products.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
