RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com (or) reach us on whatsapp at +91 9952093562 with the concerned issue, a prompt response is assured to such queries.
Alternatively, the customer may even call us at our customer care number +91-9952093562 which remains operational from 10 AM - 6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Returns Policy Conditions
- If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our store address (given below) within 7 days from the date of receipt of your product, with the original invoice.
- Return postage costs & exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by
- Once we receive the item(s) returned, we shall initiate the exchange at our end. If an exchange is not possible, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange, considering that the request is accepatble. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No refunds will be made.
- In case that the item(s) is damage or a different product (style code / size / colour ) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.
- Along with the request of your return/refund, the customer must attach opening video of the package & image of the damages claimed. Only with legit proofs, the request will be accepted.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- There will be slight difference in the colour of the fabrics from the pictures posted on the website. This is dues to different light set ups. There will be no return, exchange or refund on the basis of the colour of products.
